Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Cook skin-side down for 6-8 minutes until golden, flip and cook 4-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Grill skin-side down first over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake skin-side up for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
